All Shutters and Screens, Inc. is one of the fastest growing Hurricane Protection Company's in the State of Florida. Last year we protected over 700 residential customers in addition to a 60-unit, 13-story condominium, that was completed in an amazing six weeks from contract signing.
This year began with the completion of a ten story condominium located in Titusville that was finished in four weeks. Due to our exceptional performance with High-Rise Hurricane Protection, we've been awarded another 13 story building scheduled for shutter installation during the summer of 2007.
All Shutters and Screens is a company built on over thirty years of experience held by Founder and President Bob Stott. He has been in the Hurricane Shutters, Screens, Aluminum and Home Renovation Industry since 1970. Bob has worked from the bottom to the top in these industries for many companies. He has seen what works in a company and what does not.
Bob Stott's knowledge and expertise helped him to become chosen as the president of the Aluminum Association's Florida Keys Chapter in 2001. While in office, Bob put together a training course which he delivered to Building Departments, engineers and contractors which explained what to inspect on Hurricane Shutters and why. The course also taught how to determine design pressure requirements of any opening, on any building, anywhere in the State. He also instructed Inspectors and Plans Examiners how to read the engineering drawings for Hurricane Shutters.
While he was the President for The Florida Keys Chapter of the Aluminum Association Bob was the top wholesale representative for Metal Tech, Inc. one of the largest Hurricane Shutter manufacturers in the world. He serviced Shutter, Screen, Window and Aluminum companies all over the Sate of Florida for 6 years. He became the technical advisor to most companies he serviced and with his experience, helped to improve their success. He learned a lot about the industry and many companies all over the State, first hand from the inside. This allowed him to recognize many dos and don'ts and develop many good friends from various companies along the way.
Aside from Bob's vast experience, another quality that differentiates All Shutters and Screens, Inc. from many other companies is the fact that our whole team from, Installers to Upper Management, not only believe in, but live our mission statement. We will not sacrifice our integrity for growth. We take pride in doing what is right for the customer and treat their home as if it is one of our families' homes.

A company's character is not made by a company name or the owner/s wishes, it is only as good and true as the sum of all the people running it and working in it with there collectively held actual vision of the company no matter how big no matter what the written vision statement is on the wall or the field of endeavor.

The founder and president of All Shutters & Screens, Inc. Bob Stott had a VISION for a new company; he had been in the Hurricane Shutters, Screens, and Aluminum and the Home Renovations industry since 1970. He worked from the bottom up to the top in all areas and for many companies.

Bob had the experience and funds to set up a successful company in 2005 but he wanted something that most said it can't be done or maintain as you add more employees.
And that Vision was to have a company that delivered on its promises and with professional integrity of the product and service every time all the time no mater the size of the company. A company he would be proud to work for himself and speak about to family and friends with high regard.
Well he felt the only reason companies did not maintain that integrity of some owners as they grew was it has to be held from the TOP DOWN with good intention and discipline, everyone has to have and share the same Vision and uphold it.
Bob was willing to have less crews if need be to hold the quality and the vision. But the surprise was most top people; installers, measure men, managers wanted to work in that kind of high quality and pride team environment also. So there has been no shortage of highly skilled people coming to our team. And the team knows when there is someone hired that does not fit our culture and is willing to cut corners and hide it to get a job done. That person is let go by the team as a bad apple, he might have had good skills but not the mind set of our vision/mission statement (our culture).
The first time the management team did that on there own and told Bob the two installers they had let go did not fit our culture. He then realized the dream had been realized the company had embraced the vision as there own as a company way of life. He could not have been more proud of his team. So integrity can be realized as you expand if everyone is holding the same touch in there hearts in spite of nay-Sayers and all the business world demands and economic pressures.
The proof in the pudding has been our incredible and unmatched speed and ease we handle large buildings from start to finish and at long distances from our base because of overlapping responsibility for a job well done by all of our team. Any one of our lead installers can be the go-to-guy on a project. That says a lot of our team. Along with installing complete large condominium buildings last year we installed shutters on more then 700 single family homes and condo apartments for individual home owners.
