Condos & High Rises
We at All Shutters & Screens, Inc. take an aggressive approach to completing High-Rise Buildings and Condominiums. We realize that it benefits all parties involved to have a project completed in as short a timeline as possible without sacrificing quality installations.
We assign 3-5 two man crews to a project that most companies assign 1-2 two man crews. We also have an onsite foreman for each project as a contact person and quality control manager. A quality control "punch-out" list is performed at least twice, once when the shutters are about halfway completed and again at completion to make sure all shutters work properly.
Tricon Development, Inc of Brevard who are renowned for creating luxurious oceanfront condominiums along Florida's space coast and the treasure coast for the past three decades, has awarded All Shutters & Screens all future Hurricane Shutter and Railing work on all of their buildings after our outstanding performance on two of their projects.
These buildings were large and they were way behind their shutter installation targets. We were able to help them make their deadlines at both projects by installing hurricane shutters on both buildings at one tenth the time of their previous contractor with no mistakes or difficulties.
One of the executives in charge of reviewing and putting all the bids together for all their projects said, "Bob, you are the first company to really deliver what you promised and you've made us remember the way it should be done".
